Powertrain and range

The car is equipped with the NordThor hybrid powertrain, comprising a 1.5T turbocharged engine and an electric motor, along with the NordThor three-speed dedicated hybrid transmission (DHT) that optimises both power output and fuel economy. With a top speed of 200 km/h and acceleration of 0 to 100 km/h in 7.5 seconds, the Geely Galaxy L7 delivers impressive performance. Additionally, its fuel consumption is only 5.23 L/100 km, allowing it to cover a distance of 1370 km on a single tank of fuel in hybrid driving conditions. Moreover, it also has a pure electric mode that enables it to run up to 100 km on a single charge.

Galaxy N-Operating System

The Galaxy L7 will be equipped with an operating system designed by Ecarx, an auto chip software firm backed by Geely founder Li Shufu.

Galaxy N-Operating System is a new operating system developed by Geely Auto Group in line with Smart Geely 2025 strategy under which Geely Auto is focusing heavily on self-developed chips, operating systems, intelligent cloud computing, and satellite networks to secure the future of the brand. Backed by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8155 vehicle chip, the Galaxy N OS allows its models to have a more intelligent and efficient driving experience. The new operating system can be ready to run in 0.5 seconds.

Interior

The Geely Galaxy L7’s interior features a sophisticated infotainment system with three displays: one 10.25″ for the driver, a vertical one from 13.2″ for infotainment and one from 16.2″ for the passenger, in addition to the head-up display from 25.6″, which offers a clear and detailed view of vehicle information.

The cabin is made with high-quality materials and has a refined finish that conveys elegance and refinement.

Price estimates for China are around 200,000 Yuan ($29.000 USD ). There are currently no price estimates for Europe or North American markets.
