Aston Martin is introducing the DBS 770 Ultimate Volante

A 770 hp beauty!

The legendary V12 Aston Martin bids farewell with an open-top roof and 770 hp. The British sports car, equipped with a twin-turbo engine, has a top speed of 340 km/h.

At the beginning of the year, Aston Martin unveiled the farewell series of the current DBS, called the DBS 770 Ultimate, which will be produced in a limited run of 300 units. Now, the convertible version, called the DBS 770 Ultimate Volante, has been revealed, with production limited to 199 units.

The DBS 770 Ultimate Volante, as the new addition is named, is 100 kilograms heavier than the coupe base model.

DBS 770 Ultimate Volante is the most powerful DBS in our history, and includes a comprehensive suite of enhancements to the transmission, steering, suspension, and underbody structure. It produces a spectacular level of performance and delivers one of the greatest sensory experiences when driving an open-top Super GT. Roberto Fedeli – Aston Martin CTOmodel.

The limited edition model is recognized for its increased performance, optimized suspension, and unique design elements.

The novelty rolls on 265/35 R21 front and 305/30 R21 rear Pirelli P Zero sport tires, and is powered by a 5.2-liter twin-turbo V12 petrol engine with 770 hp and 900 Nm of torque.

The increased power of 45 hp compared to the previous model is transmitted through a refined eight-speed automatic transmission to the rear wheels. The coupe accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.4 seconds, while the roadster does it in 3.6 seconds.

The DBS 770 Ultimate Volante, which has a top speed of 340 km/h and comes standard with ceramic brakes, is expected to be delivered to customers in the third quarter as promised.

The price is currently unknown, but one thing is certain: it will be higher than the $330,000 price tag of the DBS Superleggera for the farewell edition of the DBS.
